I’m an archer. A long time ago, I started making tabs for myself because I wanted a kind of equipment that truly worked in real use. When I realized they worked not only for me, but for others as well, VLBB took shape.

My original background is in sculpture. I studied at the Hungarian University of Fine Arts in Budapest, where I was trained to see form, proportion, and space, and to understand materials through drawing and physical work. Later, I designed and built functional objects such as furniture and wooden staircases from concept to execution, often using CAD as part of the planning process. This way of thinking still defines how I approach every product.

VLBB gear is my design, based on real field archery experience. I started with tabs, then continued with quivers, belts, and complete shooting setups. Making my own equipment was always part of the sport for me. Shooting with gear I had designed myself was simply more satisfying, and it allowed me to improve things based on real use, not assumption.

I prefer simple, clean design. The form of an object should be strong on its own, without hiding weak or generic ideas behind decoration. Every detail has a reason to be there.

Today, VLBB products are used by archers across Europe and beyond. They are the result of long-term use, observation, and continuous refinement, gear shaped by experience and real use rather than marketing or visual statement.
